F.A.Q.

  • Can I come in early to set up?

    • We request any necessary set-up and cleanup to be done within your allotted time. Your booking time will be the time that you have access to the space.

 

  • Do you have a speaker I can use to play music during my booking?

    • Yes, there is a Bose bluetooth speaker available on site that you can request from our equipment rental form that comes attached with your booking confirmation.

 

  • Can I hang anything from the walls?

    • You are more than welcome to hang anything from the walls, however, if there is any damage to the paint/drywall, there will be a repair fee. There are also screws located throughout the brick that you can hang from.

  • What direction do your windows face?

    • Majority of our windows face East / North-East​

 

  • Where is the space?

    • We are located at 70 Albert St. Our main entrance is the wooden door on the corner of Albert and McDermot with the blue & beige awnings. Our unit is located up 2 flights of stairs in unit 200.

 

  • Where should I park?

    • We have a parking map in the Contact drop down that highlights all the parking within the area. Street parking is free after 5:30pm on weekdays, and the first 2 hours on Saturdays are free, while Sunday is free all day. There is also a five story parkade just down the street from our building.​ *There is currently 1 hour free parking during the week*

 

  • Am I allowed to move the furniture?

    • Yes, but please return them where you found them. To avoid scratching the hardwoods, please lift the furniture when moving.

 

  • Is your space wheelchair accessible?

    • Unfortunately not, like many of the historic buildings in the Exchange District there is no elevator access.
